  • Orders placed before 18:00 (AEST/AEDT) on business days are processed the same day; orders placed after 18:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day
  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 7–16 days after dispatch

6. Order Cancellation and Refund Timing

Cancellation requests are subject to order status and timing:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of placement if dispatch has not started
  • Orders exceeding this timeframe or already dispatched cannot be cancelled, please wait for delivery before requesting a return and refund

Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days using the original payment method. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the processing timelines of your bank or card provider. Additional guidance is available in the Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Conditions

Returns and refunds are available under defined conditions and timeframes. Exchange services are not offered, as furniture items are prepared and allocated through structured fulfilment processes that do not support direct replacements without repeating handling and delivery steps.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 36 days of delivery
  • Returned items must meet condition requirements outlined in the policy
  • Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days, timing depends on your bank or card issuer
